An exclusive evening in Dallas.

You're invited to an intimate, invitation-only dinner hosted at the private home of James Beard–nominated Chef Kent Rathbun one of Dallas's most celebrated culinary icons.

This is not a restaurant. This is not a conference dinner. This is a rare evening inside a world-class chef's home, where a live cooking demonstration sets the stage for a multi-course dinner with curated wine pairings, genuine conversation, and the kind of access you simply can't buy a ticket to.

Seats are extremely limited. Expect great food, great company, and an experience that stays with you long after the evening ends.

Meet Chef Kent Rathbun

Few culinary journeys rival Kent Rathbun's. His obsession with food started at age five while other kids were outside playing, Kent was studying the craft, developing the skills and commitment to excellence that define him today.

After launching his professional career at a five-star French restaurant in Kansas City, Kent went on to train under some of the country's best chefs across New Orleans, Kansas City, and Dallas including the iconic Mansion on Turtle Creek. In 1999 he opened Abacus, which earned Bon Appétit's "Best of the Year" and a Four Diamond rating, followed by Jaspers and a growing portfolio of acclaimed concepts. Today he's bringing that same energy to Rathbun's Curbside BBQ and The Station at the Katy Trail.

Kent has cooked at Presidential inaugural balls, premier golf and football events, and network television appearances alongside celebrities of every stripe. When the moment calls for extraordinary food and unforgettable experience, Kent Rathbun is the call.

Off the line, Kent and his wife Tracy are devoted contributors to causes including the American Cancer Society, the North Texas Food Bank, March of Dimes, and the American Heart Association giving back with the same generosity they bring to every table.
